Service Description

Reflective Supervision and Consultation (RSC) is a relationship-based practice that creates intentional space to slow down, examine your work, and explore the ways your beliefs, experiences, and values shape how you show up for the people you serve. This individual RSC offering weaves Professional Dangerousness (PD) throughout — creating a private, one-on-one space to get curious about how PD may be showing up in your practice, your relationships, and the systems you navigate. Each session is guided by a facilitator from The PD Collective who will hold space for honest, reflective conversation grounded in the Self+ framework. What's included: - 9 monthly one-on-one sessions (1 hour each) - Virtual format - PD focused reflective space - Consistent facilitator for the duration of your experience - No active sessions June–August How it works: Once your purchase is complete, your facilitator will reach out with available recurring time options to find a consistent monthly time that works for you. Your investment secures your spot and your commitment to the full 9-month experience. This investment is non-refundable and represents a commitment to the full program. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance a session credit may be considered at the discretion of the facilitators. Note: Please select any available date to complete your registration. Your actual recurring monthly session time will be coordinated directly with your facilitator via email following your purchase. The date selected during checkout is not your session date.
