Brëanna McMullen
At McMullen Consulting, we're rooted in building positive and unified relationships, fostering holistic professional well-being, and maintaining a strong connection to the meaningful work at hand. We are driven by the desire to empower those in helping roles, so they can, in turn, empower and uplift others.
With over a decade of human service experience, Brëanna has served children and families across areas of social work, mental health, and non-profit sectors. Brëanna's philosophy centers on nurturing self-empowerment and forging connections, seamlessly intertwining well-researched insights with genuine conversations. She holds a steadfast belief that enhancing professionals and organizations in such a way equips them to serve others more effectively- Optimistically resulting in the nurturing, honoring, and preservation of families being touched by these systems.

Throughout our experience in the human services field, we have observed recurring themes among professionals and the systems they operate within. Often, these patterns lead to overwhelming burdens and disconnection from the core purpose that initially drew them to this career path. As a result, we have witnessed the unfortunate impact of malpractices on the individuals and families who rely on these services.
Recognizing the need for help and support within the helping profession, we embarked on a mission to provide a solution. McMullen Consulting was born with a clear purpose – to offer connection, support, and balance to professionals facing the consistent challenges of their work. We believe in creating safe spaces where everyday stressors can be unpacked and addressed, ensuring the well-being of those who tirelessly serve others.
Our approach prioritizes cultivating collective connections by restructuring team dynamics to foster shared space and vulnerability. Through enriching staff relationships and promoting commonalities, we aim for a more cohesive service delivery. Empowerment is central, guiding participants through self-awareness and reflective practices, empowering them to navigate their journey with confidence and resilience, making a lasting impact on those they serve.
