Cancellation Policy

Financial Commitment This investment of $999 is due in full at the time of purchase. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the first scheduled session are eligible for a full refund minus a $150 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued following the first session. Session credits may be considered at the sole discretion of the facilitators on a case by case basis. Scheduling Group sessions are held virtually on the first Wednesday of each month from 10:00–11:00 AM CST, October through June. No sessions are held in July, August, or September. A total of 9 sessions are included in this program. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to a scheduled session the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Time is not extended to account for late arrival. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of that session. No reschedule or refund will be provided for missed sessions. Rescheduling Individual sessions cannot be rescheduled as they are held in a group format on pre-set dates. If you are unable to attend a session it will be forfeited. We encourage participants to prioritize attendance to honor the consistency and relational nature of the group experience. Nature of Service This is a reflective practice space grounded in Professional Dangerousness-informed principles. It is not a therapeutic or clinical service, and participation in this program does not constitute or replace mental health treatment, therapy, counseling, or clinical supervision. The PD Collective and its facilitators are not liable for any outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by participants as a result of their participation in this program. All reflective content shared within sessions is the responsibility of the participant. The facilitators will hold space with care and intention but cannot be held responsible for individual outcomes or experiences beyond the scope of the sessions themselves. By registering for this program you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that the reflective content of sessions may bring up personal or professional emotions. If at any time you feel you need additional support beyond what this space offers, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional resources.
