This immersive full-day training offers a clear, accessible entry point into the concept, gently guiding participants toward awareness and reflection. Participants will be invited to dig deeper
into the concept of PD—not just as a theory, but as a lived experience within our roles, systems, and everyday practice. Together, we’ll explore how PD unfolds in real time, while creating space to reflect, connect, and build skills to interrupt its effects with intention and care.
